Islamic Jurisprudence (الفقه الإسلامي) deals with the actions of a Muslim regarding personal hygiene, prayers, job, business, legal issues, marriage, family life or anything related to his life in this world. In order to follow Islamic sharia, Sahabah, Aimma and Fuqaha devised certain methodologies in deducing laws and rulings from the primary sources of the Sharī‛ah, the Quran, Sunnah, Ijma and Qiyas. We have described briefly the issues related to the Islamic Jurisprudence (الفقه الإسلامي) in this book.
